About the Role:
As the Finance Shared Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our finance shared services function (across ANZ). You will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, and implementing best practices to ensure continuous process improvement and a high level of service delivery to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- The establishment and implementation of foundational functions and national processes within AP/AP, Invoicing team.
- Evaluate and streamline finance processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other related activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial reports to support decision-making;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee CSE Crosscom's credit policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- 5+ years experience managing a shared services function.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
