About the Role

AsGeneral Manager of Information Technology, you will lead TLC’s strategic technology direction, driving innovation and transformation across our integrated healthcare ecosystem. You’ll mentor high-performing teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our technology infrastructure supports our mission to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with TLC’s business goals
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies
• Drive automation and optimisation, especially within our UKG transformation
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and OT/IoT solutions
• Manage IT risk, compliance, and ISO-aligned reporting
• Define and track performance metrics across IT Operations, Engineering, and Security
• Own IT budgeting and reporting processes
• Inspire and mentor a collaborative, high-performing IT team

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, IT, or related field
• 10+ years in senior IT leadership roles, ideally in cloud-first environments
• Proven experience in agile methodologies and project management
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital tech
• Exposure to software development, OT, and IoT environments
• Exceptional communicator and mentor with a passion for team development
• Visionary leader with a drive for transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement
