We are currently seeking applications from an experienced Electrician with leadership experience to support our manufacturing team, based in Adelaide.

In This Role

You will lead a team ensuring compliance with technical delivery of the assigned projects within the manufacturing facility. You will support and work closely with the Manufacturing Project Managers, to set up the jobs for the workshop floor, lead the team to construct/test and bring the projects to competition.

You will mentor and lead your technical team which includes taking accountability for the project team’s performance in achieving schedule, quality, resourcing and budget targets.

About You

• Have an Australian Electrical Licence plus relevant panel manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrate proven technical workshop experience working and testing of electrical panels and low voltage distribution boards.
• This role would suit an experienced manufacturing Electrician with proven leadership skills.
• You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You must have current unrestricted Australian Work Rights.
