Our client is a well-established, family-owned horticultural and broadacre operation based in Bowhill, South Australia. Now in their third generation, they have built a reputation for quality produce and innovation in carrot and onion farming. The Role
This hands-on role will see you operating modern machinery across both horticulture and broadacre cropping. You’ll support the smooth running of daily operations and help reduce pressure during peak periods. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

• Operating high-tech machinery including spray rigs and harvesters
• Carrot and onion harvesting and spraying
• Broadacre duties: seeding, spraying, harvesting (wheat, barley, canola, legumes)
• Basic mechanical servicing and maintenance

Skills & Requirements

• Experience with agricultural machinery (esp. spray rigs, harvesters)
• ChemCert and current Driver’s Licence
• Physically capable and ready for outdoor work
• Flexible with work hours (e.g. harvest, spraying)
• Sound mechanical aptitude (desirable)
• Strong communicator and reliable team player
