Eco friendly- we use local products where possible to reduce our food miles.
We use local flour milled by Cummins Mill, fresh meat and smallgoods from the Cummins Meatstore, locally produced Sweetheart honey and make sure we use Australian dried fruit and local olive oil in our baking.
In February 2016 we had Solar panels installed to help reduce our Carbon footprint.
Our products are baked on the premises daily. You can't get any fresher!
